How to Receive Money

Bank Deposit

• If sender requests to send money to the receiver`s bank account in the destination country;In general, it will be directly transferred to the account on the same day or following day.
• CITY EXPRESS JAPAN will send transaction details to the sender by email or SMS.

Cash Pick-Up

• After completion of remittance process, please give the PIN number to your receiver at the destination country.
• Receiver can pick up the cash instantly after submitting his/her valid original ID card and the PIN number provided by CITY EXPRESS JAPAN.
• Receiver`s name must match perfectly with his/her ID card name.

The standard settlement time for foreign exchange transactions.

• Received until 19:00 JST on a banking business day will be processed on the following banking business day.
  
• Receiver after 19:00 JST and on bank holidays will be processed on the second subsequent banking business day.
